After some initial issues with scheduling an appointment, I received a call from Adam. I was really impressed that he took the time to make sure that a potential customer was treated well. I decided to go with this company based on the reviews that I read online, even though you can never tell if they are legit or not. I have a difficult tenant that complained and wanted me to get an exterminator after seeing three silverfish. She wanted me to go with another well known-named company since she had a good experience with them but I chose Witt. I thought I would get nothing but complaints for choosing someone else but when the technician left, she contacted me and could do nothing but praise the technician and said that this was the best company.
